Service desk team expanded

Service, we believe, is a priority. And in order to establish exactly the right priority, since last year we’ve been asking you to send your queries by email. That was one of the reasons why we’ve expanded our online service desk with two new colleagues:

Thomas van den Eijkel (20) joined ALFA PRO IT on 1 June 2017. He’s not entirely unfamiliar with the flower trade: as the son of a trader he learned the ropes at an early age. Thomas lives in Rijnsburg and is a fun-loving guy. Nevertheless, he likes to take his work seriously: ‘Troubleshooting for customers and keeping them happy is a real challenge.’
Rico Verhaegh (27), from Noordwijk, started at ALFA PRO IT on 1 August 2017. Thanks to his ICT qualifications, he has clearly earned his spurs as a service desk officer. ‘The work is full of surprises,’ he says. ‘You never know what’s going to happen beforehand, every day is different. That’s what I like the most about the job.’
