Online but with a personal touch

Doing online business can sometimes seem a little impersonal. If you do happen to lose your way around a website or webshop, or just want to ask a simple question, it’s nice to know there’s someone at the other end waiting to help. ‘Chatra’, a quick and effective additional functionality, is a tool to do just this!

Chatra works with a pop-up window, inviting the user to take part in a ‘live’ chat or to leave a question in offline mode. What could be more convenient? But there’s a lot more to it than that ... The direct assistance offered by Chatra avoids the possibility of half-filled shopping trolleys being ‘abandoned’ whilst the customer looks for a new supplier who is more likely to answer his or her question. Research has shown that this happens more often than you think!

So how does it work? Well, it's surprisingly simple really. Just go to Chatra.io, create an account and we’ll do the rest. Once everything is installed customers can start a chat with you or leave a message.
