  • How do I start the new year in AlfaPro?

    The end of the year is (almost) upon us. For many businesses this means resetting the software in readiness for the new year. Details of how to do this in AlfaPro can be found in the PDF manual below.

  • ​How do I reset my hand-held terminal?

    To reset Workabout MX:
    Press Psion key + Ctrl + Del simultaneously.

    To reset Workabout Pro Mobile (case), select in main menu:
    Other;
    Settings;
    Reset.

    To reset Workabout Pro CE WiFi:
    Press FN (blue) + On/off button (red) for 6 seconds simultaneously.

  • How to make a back-up via the AlfaPro system?

    A back-up can be done from the hardware system or the existing data. A combination of a back-up from the hardware system and existing data is strongly recommended. The back-up can also be placed on a USB-stick.

  • ​How can I contact ALFA PRO IT outside office hours?

    If you have problems or queries, just send an e-mail to servicedesk@alfapro.com or complete the service desk form below. We will answer your question as soon as we can on a normal weekday. 

    ALFA PRO IT is open on weekdays between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm but we can be reached by phone until 5.30 pm on +31 (0)71 402 11 91.
    In case of an emergency outside office hours you can make use of our 24/7 support service. In this event you should also call our main telephone number on +31 (0)71 402 11 91.

    ALFA PRO IT reserves the right to charge a minimum fee of €60 per reported incident.
