Support-desk, helpdesk or telephone?

In the world of automation, providing a good service is all-important. Recent surveys have shown that ALFA PRO IT customers agree. So, it comes as no surprise that our support and helpdesk, with its 24/7 availability, is a highly valued service.

An important role is played by the so-called ‘ticket system’ in the activities of the support desk/helpdesk: If you have question that doesn't need answering immediately because it would otherwise disrupt your work continuity, simply send us an email. We'll send you confirmation we've received it and get back to you as soon as possible. In 90% of cases we can deal with queries the same day, only in a few cases does this run over to the next day. 
Of course, you can always pick up the phone. Thanks to the ticket system, we can reserve our telephone service for really urgent issues that need dealing with straightaway. However, we would kindly ask you to use the latter only when it's absolutely necessary.
