ALFA PRO IT has a new member of staff who goes by the name of Kees Ouwehand. Kees joined our growing team of help-desk staff over a month ago. But do our customers really need all this extra help? Well, not really, since AlfaPro was made to be as user-friendly as possible. The main reason of course, is that our customer base just keeps on growing. We hinted at this in our previous news item which went under the heading of ‘Good neighbours ...’.
Kees and his colleagues aim to help newcomers to AlfaPro find their way around the software, as well as existing customers if needed. And with a background in the flower trade using our software, Kees knows what he's talking about. Another advantage for UK and German-based customers is that he has an excellent command of both languages.
Kees is already feeling at home with ALFA PRO IT. We're more than happy to have him on board and look forward to using his services for a long time to come.
