'AlfaPro-Online Claims’ is a completely new and extremely client-friendly module in AlfaPro-Online. In the unlikely event a customer feels unhappy about a product you’ve sold them, they can now submit a claim via your own customer portal.
After logging in, the customer can select the relevant product from a list of delivery dates and products supplied and click on the ‘Submit claim’ button. They can then specify exactly what the problem is and the percentage they would like refunded. It’s also possible to add photographs as documentary evidence.
After submitting the claim, confirmation appears automatically in AlfaPro. Of course, this must first be approved by yourself (or an authorised colleague) before any credit is given.
