The coronavirus has been dishing out some cruel blows. Those of you working in the horticultural and fruit & vegetable sectors will know this only too well. We can only tackle this coronavirus together. This is why we too are following all the guidelines of the RIVM, the national agency for public health in the Netherlands. Most of our staff are now working from home. We are trying to avoid face-to-face meetings, so for our own safety, and that of others, for the time being we will be using Skype, FaceTime or other means of digital communication to stay in touch.
In the meantime, the following arrangements remain in place: if you are experiencing any problems with our software, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, use the special service form available for this purpose on our site. This way, your question will go directly to the person who can best handle it. We will create a ticket and deal with the issue as soon as possible.
Please note: In urgent cases or emergencies, you can call 24/7 on +31 (0)71 40 211 91.
We are on standby to give you assistance. Likewise, if this involves equipment, resources and software to enable employees in your business or organisation to work from home.
Finally: It goes without saying, that we will be suspending our regular walk-in information sessions for the time being. As soon as it’s permitted and safe enough to hold these again, we will let you know.
In the meantime, we would urge you to stay safe and, above all, healthy!
