Ordering Information

PAYMENT
All prices, unless otherwise stated, are in US dollars. We accept payment by VISA, MASTERCARD and PAYPAL (and within Australia by direct deposit).

CREDIT CARD ORDERS
Your credit card will not be charged until the goods are being shipped. Credit card orders are charged in Australian dollars at the day's exchange rate for the US dollar value of your order.

DELIVERY
Delivery is normally by air mail and takes (typically) 6 to 12 days to Europe and North America.

WARRANTY
Our products are fully warrantied free of defects in material and workmanship for the period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace any faulty item and pay your return shipping costs. This warranty does not cover misuse or mishandling.

RETURNS
Full replacement or 100% of purchase price and your postage costs will be refunded if goods are returned for warranty or for any reason which is our fault. If you wish to return goods for another reason a 20% restocking fee may be charged. Before returning anything send an e-mail for further details.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Our producs should enter the USA duty free thanks to the USA-Australia Free Trade Agreement of 2005, and sales tax free as an out-of-state purchase.

Our parts are provided ex-warehouse free of Australian taxes and duties, however any charges payable on entry into other jurisdictions are the buyer's responsibility. Most nations permit the free entry of goods up to a certain value ("screen-free entry"). Check with your local authorities for this information.

ORDERS DELIVERED WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Prices are shown separately for Australian customers and include GST.

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS
Discounts are available to bona fide trade customers or for quantity orders. Please inquire.

INTERNET & CUSTOMER PRIVACY
We do not collect any personal data on you as a Website visitor or as a customer unless you wish to provide it. We do not pass on information to any third parties. We do not use unsolicited e-mailing (spamming). We will respect your personal information, privacy and any financial data. Trust between us is important to our business. 

ORDERING: FAX, E-MAIL, TELEPHONE
Secure online ordering is available by use of the "Buy Now" buttons located on these pages and we recommend this method for your security. Alternatively you may fax us your order, use one of our order forms if you wish. Or send two e-mails each containing one-half your credit card details e.g. name and half the number in the first, and address and expiry date and the other half in the second.
